Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has beautiful and very relaxing old rooms with nice comfortable beds and an electric fireplace to brighten up the room. However, there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything, and noise can be an issue due to poor soundproofing.
The hotel is in a convenient location but lacks soundproofing in the rooms. The service is mostly friendly and professional but with a hygiene concern. The dining experience may be pricey and delayed. The facilities are well-maintained with clean pool areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit stuffy and humid but clean and comfortable, while the staff was kind and accommodating. The location was fantastic, being within walking distance to downtown, yet the dining options were a bit disappointing. The facilities were average, with some noise issues, but overall, it was a decent stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a cozy fireplace and luxurious robes. Being close to the 100 Fountain Spa was so convenient for us to relax by the pool. However, the noise from the glass indoor bay windows outside our room was a bit bothersome at times.
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the rooms were in the main building, making it easy to access all amenities without stepping outside. The service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived to the time we left, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was a bit off the beaten path but still beautiful, although the spa experience felt a bit rushed. Dining at the Cannery restaurant was exceptional, although it could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, a great place to stay with fantastic amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of comfort and convenience. The rooms, while cozy with a nice sitting area and fireplace, felt a bit outdated for the price paid. Directly above the spa, it was a relaxing experience, despite needing some redecorating to match modern standards.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room was superb with amenities like a fireplace, bathrobes, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, but there was an issue with leakage that made the room musty and humid. The service was lovely and very welcoming, particularly after touring Canada. The location, though a lovely tribute to historic elegance, was overcrowded and not as relaxing as I had hoped. The dining experience offered exceptional food, but the coolness detracted from the overall comfort. Overall, my stay had its highs and lows.
